Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Address inquiries related to products and services, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all interactions with customers and maintain accurate records for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
