As a key player in this role, you will provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with their travel and booking requirements for an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Dutch through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to address inquiries and provide assistance.
• Support clients throughout the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations as needed.
• Resolve issues related to bookings, offering effective solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and insights in the CRM system for proper record-keeping and quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to swiftly address complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, promotions, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English being a plus.
• Experience in customer service, especially within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills along with a friendly, customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer complaints professionally.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
