THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Lead Level Designer at Eleventh Hour Games, you will be responsible for shaping the environments, encounters, and player experiences that bring Last Epoch to life.

You will guide a team of designers in creating compelling levels that balance gameplay flow, narrative integration, and visual storytelling. This role requires both creative vision and production discipline. Youâll partner closely with design, art, and engineering teams to ensure levels are fun, functional, and performant. As a leader, youâll mentor designers, refine workflows, and ensure the level design team is aligned with project goals and deadlines.
