Short-Term Opportunity (Aug–Oct 2026): Dining Staff for International Sports Event Athletes’ Village
Caesar’s Kitchen will be operating the dining facilities at the Athletes’ Village for an international sports event to be held in Aichi Prefecture from September 2026.
We are currently recruiting staff who are available to work on a fixed-term basis for this project.

Hours:
Operating hours: 4:00 AM – 2:00 AM
Shift-based (9 hours per day: 8 working hours + 1-hour break)
5 days per week

-Monitor compliance with food safety standards across dining areas and service lines
-Conduct regular temperature checks in accordance with guidelines
-Collect and manage food and beverage samples
-Maintain hygiene supplies (handwashing stations, sanitizers, PPE)
-Identify and mitigate cross-contamination risks
-Support inspections conducted by dietitians and quality assurance teams

-Prepare and manage nutritional information cards and allergen labels
-Ensure accuracy and proper display of nutrition and allergen information
-Review menu nutrition and coordinate updates with culinary teams
-Provide basic nutritional guidance and support to athletes
-Assist with special dietary requirements in line with procedures
-Work closely with Culinary and Food Safety teams
-Maintain records and documentation related to nutrition and allergens

Staff using accommodation will be required to support early morning or late-night shifts. Shuttle transportation will be provided when public transport is unavailable.
