We equip children in Japan to thrive on a global stage, working together with parents, local communities, and the wider world to shape a new future. 【Key Responsibilities】 Childcare & Education: Provide care and education for children aged 2–5, including associated administrative tasks. Curriculum Development: Develop and research best practices for International Baccalaureate (IB) inspired education. School Management: Liaise with parents and plan/manage various school events. 【Qualifications】 Required: Degree from an overseas university OR professional experience in an international school. Work experience at an IB-authorized school. English communication skills (Conversational level or higher). Preferred: Japanese communication skills (Conversational level). 【Ideal Candidate Profile】 Committed to continuous improvement in education and personal growth. Able to identify and solve underlying issues rather than surface-level symptoms. Motivated to make a positive impact through education. Proactive in adopting new ideas within the ever-evolving education sector. 【Compensation & Benefits】 Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥4,320,000 Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 – ¥360,000 (Full-time) Other benefits provided separately. Salary Review: Once per year (Based on performance and business conditions). 【Work Location】 Toyosu, Koto-ku, Tokyo 3-minute walk from Toyosu Station (Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line) 5-minute walk from Toyosu Station (Yurikamome Line) 【Employment Type】 Fixed-term employee (One-year contract, renewable annually) 【Working Conditions】 Working Hours: 9 hours per day between 7:00 and 20:00 (Including a 1-hour break). Specific hours are determined by the shift schedule. Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. Occasional weekend work for events (compensated with a weekday off). 120+ annual holidays. Seasonal Vacations: Golden Week, Summer, and Winter (approx. 1 week each). Paid Leave: 10 days in the first year (as per legal requirements). 【Welfare & Benefits】 We offer a unique "expense reimbursement" welfare system where costs are reimbursed tax-free with the following month's salary: Book Purchase Support: Up to ¥10,000/month reimbursement.
