Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for Travel Company

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Travel Company, based in the beautiful setting of Greece. In this engaging role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and bookings related to travel services.

Your fluency in Dutch will be crucial as you help clients navigate their travel plans, answer questions, and resolve any issues that may arise. You will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring that our clients enjoy memorable vacations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding travel inquiries
• Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery
• Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our services
• Stay updated on travel trends and customer preferences

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Passion for travel and helping customers create unforgettable experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
