Senior Business Analyst / Consulting - Risk Controlling, Reporting & Integration

Your mission
  • Independently manage the functional requirements analysis in the cluster of risk management and risk controlling, collateral, reporting, and cross-cutting topics. Additionally, provide subject matter guidance for the integration workstream.
  • Link between the data contract and the subject matter.
  • Independently prepare, conduct, and follow up on workshops with the client's subject matter experts.
  • Structure requirements for dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, roles/permissions, historization.
  • Provide subject matter guidance for interfaces to risk, collateral, and data warehouse systems (or their recipients).
  • Collaborate with the Integration Architect and the client's data owners to shape the data contract.
  • Coordinate cross-cutting topics: GDPR deletion concept, audit trail, multi-currency.
Your profile
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT projects in the banking environment, preferably in risk or reporting.
  • Solid requirements engineering from workshop to user story.
  • Stronger technical affinity: understanding of data flows, ETL logic, data warehousing.
  • Hands-on data analysis experience: basic SQL knowledge, proficient in Excel.
  • Independent communication with subject matter experts and IT on the client side.
  • Experience with formal procedures in bank projects (interface specifications, test concepts, acceptance protocols).
  • Ability to create structure in unclear requirement situations.
  • Proficient in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Fluent in German and English.
