Dutch/Flemish Speaking Customer Service Representative for Booking.com

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, assisting Dutch and Flemish speaking customers with their inquiries, bookings, and issues related to Booking.com's services. Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality customer service to Dutch/Flemish speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and other inquiries regarding Booking.com services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and with empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the company database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
• Stay updated on Booking.com products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (written and spoken) is mandatory; good command of English is beneficial.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, ideally in travel or hospitality sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and calmly.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation expenses fully covered.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple software applications.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
