As a Support Specialist, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and challenges related to Fitbit products, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience with their devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Fitbit products and services
• Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices
• Accurately document all customer interactions in our support system
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
• Encourage customer engagement by providing timely and helpful responses
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all communications

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
• Preferably prior experience in customer support or technical support
• Genuine interest in fitness technology and wellness
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Experience with customer support platforms is a plus
