Product Manager - Customer Success

Salary: €70,000 - €75,000 base salary

Our client is a profitable and fast-growing European technology business that is transforming a traditional manufacturing industry through a digital marketplace platform.

They are now looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of a key customer-facing product area, driving improvements across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through to delivery and optimisation.
• Identify customer pain points and growth opportunities through data, customer feedback, and market insights.
• Drive initiatives focused on activation, engagement, retention, and customer success.
• Define requirements, prioritise product initiatives, and work closely with Engineering and Design teams.
• Monitor product performance and use data to continuously improve customer and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in Product Management within a software, SaaS, marketplace, or digital platform environment.
• Fluent German and English communication skills are essential.
• Experience working on customer-facing products, ideally with exposure to onboarding, growth, activation, retention, or customer success.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Familiarity with SQL and product analytics tools is highly desirable.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
