What You'll Be Doing As an SNS Marketing Intern, you'll play a key role in helping us grow our online presence and engage audiences worldwide. Responsibilities include: Social Media Management Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms Write captions and marketing copy Assist with content calendars and campaign planning Monitor trends and identify viral content opportunities Content Creation Film and photograph experiences and events Edit short-form videos and reels Assist with influencer and creator collaborations Support brand storytelling initiatives Marketing & Analytics Track engagement and performance metrics Analyze social media trends Assist with reporting and campaign optimization Help develop new marketing ideas and strategies Startup Projects Participate in new business initiatives Support launches of new tourism experiences Collaborate with international team members What You'll Gain Unlike traditional internships, you'll have the opportunity to: Work directly with company leadership Gain real-world marketing experience Learn how startups scale rapidly Build an impressive portfolio Develop content creation skills Improve cross-cultural communication skills Work in a global, English-speaking environment Take ownership of projects with real business impact Requirements Language Requirements Fluent Japanese Conversational English Preferred Qualifications Interest in social media, marketing, tourism, or content creation Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication skills Creativity and attention to detail No professional experience required.
