Our client is a profitable and fast-growing European technology business that is transforming a traditional manufacturing industry through a digital marketplace platform.

They are now looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of a key customer-facing product area, driving improvements across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

Own a product area end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through to delivery and optimisation.
Identify customer pain points and growth opportunities through data, customer feedback, and market insights.
Drive initiatives focused on activation, engagement, retention, and customer success.
Define requirements, prioritise product initiatives, and work closely with Engineering and Design teams.
Monitor product performance and use data to continuously improve customer and business outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements

3+ years' experience in Product Management within a software, SaaS, marketplace, or digital platform environment.
Fluent German and English communication skills are essential.
Experience working on customer-facing products, ideally with exposure to onboarding, growth, activation, retention, or customer success.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
Familiarity with SQL and product analytics tools is highly desirable.
Proactive, curious, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
