**Job Description Summary**
This role leads global marketing for the Radiopharmacy (RPH) business and is responsible for setting, communicating and delivering a growth & marketing strategy for the RPH business. This includes share gain, commercial activation of current/future new product introductions & installed based growth programs.
This role will also develop deep qualitative & quantitative insights about the needs, wants and performance of customers, identify keys to success, align strategy execution across all geographies and drive marketing innovation.

**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
**Business Partnership, Growth and Marketing Strategy:**
Develop and lead global growth strategies and marketing plans for the Radio pharmacy business, including value proposition design, market positioning, and promotional strategy.
Define and own the global marketing plan, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, marketing mix, and alignment of regional execution across all geographies.
Lead global strategy for trade shows, customer visits, demo sites, and other customer engagement activities.
Partner with Regional Marketing & Product Managers to deliver effective product, commercial, and sales training programs for Sales Specialists & Generalists.
Drive market share growth through successful commercial activation, new product introductions (NPIs), and installed-base growth programs.
Lead the Marketing Commercial Activation process across all Radio pharmacy product segments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing communications, digital teams, and other enabling functions to ensure integrated, impactful marketing execution globally.
**Customer Insights:**
Develop deep customer understanding through qualitative and quantitative insights, assessing customer problems, unmet needs, and product performance.
Evaluate portfolio performance vs. customer expectations and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Create and manage a global segmentation strategy to strengthen value propositions and improve targeting.
Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to enhance product, process, and service effectiveness.
Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market shifts that may impact global strategy.
**Competitive Intelligence & Portfolio:**
Lead the collection, synthesis, and distribution of competitive insights to inform business and product strategies.
Define portfolio positioning, pricing strategies, and targeting approaches to support market share growth.
Assess and communicate portfolio competitiveness across regions and segments, considering current performance and future market dynamics.
Support organic and inorganic growth initiatives through competitive assessments, opportunity analysis, and market research guidance.
**Required Qualifications**
Bacheloru2019s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Biosciences or a related field.
10+ years marketing/commercial experience with 5+ years of product marketing experience
3+ years of experience in field or region product marketing experience, including product launch and/or pricing experience.
Knowledge of healthcare market
Fluent in English
Excellent project management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and functions across a matrix organization
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Tenacity and persistence to overcome obstacles and deliver results
**Desired Characteristics**
MBA, Masteru2019s Degree in Marketing
Product Management or Sales experience
Experience running medical/customer/sales advisory boards
Financial acumen - budgeting, ROI calculations, basic finance understanding
Understanding of emerging marketing tools/trends & marketing automation
Ability to drive and implement change, including measuring and monitoring progress
Strong business acumen and organizational skills
Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward thinking and customer-first attitude
Establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, and customers displaying willingness to understand diverse points
