General Practitioner (VR GP) – NW Melbourne (DPA Position)

The Practice

Work in a modern, purpose built medical centre featuring eight consulting rooms and two treatment rooms. You’ll join a cohesive team of six GPs with expertise across Family Medicine, Acupuncture, Men’s, Women’s and Children’s Health, and Health Care Planning. With 70% of billings and an initial hourly guarantee of $180 per hour, full time GPs are currently billing up to $15,000 per week.

You’ll be supported by a professional team of nurses, receptionists, a practice manager and an accounts officer, alongside on site allied health services including physiotherapy, podiatry, dietetics and diabetes education.

Opening hours are 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturdays. The practice is ideally seeking a doctor who can cover their most in demand times: two morning shifts, two evening shifts and one weekend shift each week.

AHPRA ESP and RACGP PEP-Specialist Pathway eligible international candidates (substantially comparable), as well as GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role
