Job Specification:
This is a Pharmacist in Charge role. You'll be leading and coordinating the dispensary operations, overseeing a capable team of 2 Pharmacists and 4 Dispensary Technicians.
Busy script trade using Fred dispense, but this is a well supported role allowing time for services including vaccinations and intentional patient care.

You'll be working 38 hours per week on a rotating roster that includes being a part of a weekend roster.

Skills Required:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- Proven leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced dispensary.
Salary & Benefits:
