Title: Contracts Manager / Project Manager (Expat) Location: South Africa (ZA) Contract Time: full_time Contract Type: permanent Description: Surge are seeking a Contracts Manager / Project Manager for a very large contractor to be based in Nigeria. You must minimally carry a National Diploma (civil) and must have at least 20 years experience on roads projects with at least 5 years managing very large national roads. Those with experience on slipform pavement and who have worked expat before will take preference. This is a permanent role with rotation of 11 weeks on / 2 weeks off and all expenses paid.
