You will:

Help us build a world-class sales development team.
Leverage the SaaS/Predictable Revenue sales model, but in a 100% remote environment. This means solving the challenges that face these teams (Experience levels, teamwork with AEs, opportunity QA, forecasting accuracy, pipeline- and overall CRM-hygiene) without the benefit of having face-to-face interaction with your team every day.
Train team to understand client's needs and specifications in order to generate qualified opps.
Build strong relationships with remote co-workers throughout every level of our organization
Participate in special projects designed to better the company and product offering

You are:

A strong, highly communicative manager with a mind for teamwork and solving unique challenges.
A fantastic judge of talent, a great coach, and a top-notch mentor.
Experienced managing in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably with a remote component.
Extremely well-acquainted with the world of VC-funding, venture-backed startups, and high-growth companies.

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

We are:
LeadDetail, the world's first concierge lead service.

Our customers think of us as:
Their partner. Their most valuable tool. The most powerful lead source in the world.

Our customers are:
Anyone who has something to sell and wants to find people to buy it. Small businesses, sole proprietorships, startups: They love LeadDetail because we deliver affordable lead lists, in bite-sized chunks or massive sets, on an ongoing basis. Oh, and did we mention that we do the research for them?

Mid-market companies, large corporations, multi-national conglomerates: They buy lead lists to cut down on work for their sales teams, but with list-buying comes more work. Formatting and normalizing the data, segmentation and territory distribution, not to mention sifting out all the leads they just bought that theyalready had.But LeadDetail is different because we are the only lead supplier that does any/all of that work for them, and only delivers net new leads, formatted for easy import into their systems, normalized to match their existing data protocols.

Whether they are their company's only salesperson (or the only employee!) or an individual in a multinational corporation with teams, departments, divisions, and regions scattered across the globe, LeadDetail can help them generate more revenue, improve data integrity, increase retention (of customersand staff),shorten sales cycles, andbuild better relationships with their customers.
