The Opportunity

This is a full-time, fully on-site position based in our state-of-the-art offices in Umhlanga. You will work within a multicultural team, supporting German-speaking customers across Europe. Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Handle inbound queries via phone, email, and live chat regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and payment processes.
Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer issues with a focus on "first-contact resolution," ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest retail trends, platform updates, and promotional campaigns to provide accurate information.
Data Integrity: Accurately log all customer interactions in our CRM system to help improve the overall shopping experience.
Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone that reflects the premium values of our retail partner.

What We Are Looking For

Linguistic Proficiency: Minimum B2 level in German and B2 level in English (both written and verbal).
Education: Matric/Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
Experience: Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or a call center environment is a definite advantage but not a requirement. We value attitude and potential.
Tech Savvy: Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously and type with speed and accuracy.
Soft Skills: Strong empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Reliability: A commitment to working full-time on-site in Umhlanga.
