Workplace Lead

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Experience: 6-8 years.

Hybrid: 2 days Work from Home 3 days Work from Office

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking a Workplace Lead to support daily workplace operations, enhance service delivery, and drive team productivity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding employees, improving workplace processes, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service management and issue resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor workplace team performance and productivity, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to employees to help achieve operational goals.
• Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
• Ensure team members understand workplace procedures, service standards, and organizational policies.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Address service issues, coordinate problem resolution, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace services, processes, and overall user experience.
• Support the implementation of workplace initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused workplace environment.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Experience in workplace operations, service delivery, customer support, or team coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coaching, training, or mentoring employees.
• Ability to monitor performance and recommend process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in workplace management, facilities operations, or IT workplace services.
• Experience using service management tools and reporting dashboards.
• Knowledge of employee engagement and workplace experience practices.
