Responsibilities

• Engage with Turkish-speaking clients to comprehensively understand their business challenges and requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective strategies that enhance client success.
• Maintain and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide clients with insightful advice.
• Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly to ensure seamless use of solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Turkish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
