Arabic Gaming Support Specialist

In this role, you will provide crucial backend support to Arabic-speaking gamers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide backend technical support to Arabic-speaking gamers through various communication channels
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues affecting gameplay and user accounts
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex problems and improve gaming services
• Document all support interactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting bugs or glitches
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the gaming platform, features, and updates

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Passion for gaming and thorough understanding of gaming platforms and environments
• Previous experience in gamer support or technical support roles is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (fully paid relocation provided)
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
