🤓 We're looking for a Head of Computer Vision to lead our world-class ML team through an ambitious growth phase. You'll drive our long-term technical vision, make bold strategic bets, and push the boundaries of what's possible in AI photo editing to achieve breakthrough capabilities.

You'll own:
- Long-term ML strategy, including training foundational models from scratch
- Team leadership - scaling our exceptional team while maintaining culture and excellence
- Technical excellence - code review, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting complex training issues
- Breakthrough innovation - driving next-generation capabilities that redefine industry standards
- Research excellence - balancing cutting-edge research with rapid product impact
- Cross-functional partnership - serving as the primary bridge between ML and Product/Sales/Engineering teams
- Talent attraction - building the industry's most compelling CV team
- Advanced research-to-production pipeline for faster innovation cycles
- Establish visionary technical direction for our ambitious growth phase

- Build comprehensive evaluation frameworks that set new industry standards
Must-haves:
- 5+ years leading ML/AI teams at product companies with strategic decision-making experience
- Deep Computer Vision + Diffusion/GenAI expertise with hands-on large model training
- Foundational model training experience - billion+ parameter models end-to-end
- Team scaling experience - 8+ people, proven hiring and mentorship track record
- Cross-functional collaboration - can work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams
- Technical depth for mentorship - spot code issues, debug training failures, analyse performance bottlenecks, and guide ICs through complex technical challenges
- Empowering, non-micromanaging - sets context, not tasks
- Decisive on technical strategy - comfortable making big bets and owning outcomes
- Innovation-focused - encourages bold experiments while learning from failures
- Technically credible - maintains respect through hands-on expertise, code review proficiency, and opinionated technical guidance
