Description (EN)
Who We Are

Capture One builds professional photography software for people and teams who care deeply about their craft. Our focus is simple: give photographers reliable, high-performance tools to capture, edit, and collaborate without getting in the way of the work. We're uncompromising about image quality, speed, and color accuracy, and we're known for delivering one of the most trusted tethered workflows in the industry.

From large commercial shoots and smaller productions to personal projects, photographers around the world use Capture One to do their best work. Our role is to support that work with total control and reliably, so the focus stays where it belongs: on the images.

Today, our community includes more than 250,000 photographers worldwide, and we're proud to build software that plays a part in everything from fashion and advertising to art, culture, and everyday creative work.

In short, we build tools for photography and the people who practice it.

The role

Capture One is scaling how our product shows up in evolving, connected, creative workflows as a key growth driver. This involves expanding our ecosystem of impactful partnerships and integrations that create new value for customers and open new paths to market globally.

We're hiring a Senior Strategic Partner Manager to help accelerate this priority. This role is a strategic operator: forming partner opportunities and turning them into shipped integrations and commercial initiatives. You will be the interface between external partners and internal teams cross-company including sales, product, marketing, finance and legal, driving projects to delivery and maximizing impact.

You will own key elements of partner strategy and execution for a growing, focused, global portfolio of integration partners (primarily B2B), while also helping build new partnerships over time. You'll operate collaboratively and with high autonomy, steer cross-functional teams, and translate evolving customer workflows, product opportunities, and commercial models into scalable and high-impact partnerships.

The role is based at our HQ in Copenhagen, reporting to and working closely with our Director of Strategic Partnerships.

What You Will Do

  • Steer development and execution of a focused and growing portfolio of high-impact integration partners: spotting opportunities and turning strategy into shipped integrations and commercial models that create meaningful customer and business value
  • Lead cross-functional delivery from concept to launch (and iteration): aligning external partners and internal teams, including product/engineering, marketing/product Marketing, B2B sales/business development and customer success teams
  • Expand our portfolio over time by identifying, qualifying, and helping build relationships with new partners across the software & tech ecosystem
  • Support our B2B customer facing teams sitting across our Copenhagen HQ, NYC and London sales offices to stay up to date on our evolving partnerships and equipped to work with their customers on ideal solutions
  • Champion the customer perspective: in sync with our product managers, keep close to how the lives of our customers are evolving, anticipate where workflows are going, and ensure our partnerships are delivering impactful outcomes
  • Create clarity at scale by establishing and steering ways of working, ensuring internal alignment and partner routines that help us run fast and effectively

What We're Looking For

  • Strategic operator mindset: comfortable navigating ambiguity (e.g. in an evolving product and technology ecosystem, with new commercial models and processes) while still forming ideas into plans and moving work forward with pace and judgement
  • Cross-functional leadership: able to steer stakeholders and teams across the business, including senior leadership
  • End-to-end execution: you can structure new initiatives, run effective partner routines, and drive delivery through to launch, enablement, and iteration
  • Partnership and/or ecosystem experience in technology/SaaS, ideally involving product and commercial based partnerships (e.g., platforms, workflow tools, AI tools, creative process and/or enterprise software ecosystems)
  • Proven ability to translate customer needs into partner and product action: solid product and customer intuition (you don't need to be a product manager or an engineer, but you can go beyond the surface level in discussions and judgement)
  • Commercial curiosity: interest in how value is packaged and monetized with customers and partners and putting this into practice, being comfortable supporting negotiation processes and evolving commercial models
  • Availability for occasional travel to meet with our partners and customers, for example, at industry events or dedicated meetings
  • Fluency in English (our working language) and experience working in international, globally distributed teams

And there is more...

  • A collaborative role with high autonomy, where you will influence both strategic direction and outcomes released to market, and where you will have regular collaboration with senior leadership and high visibility across the organization
  • A modern and centrally located office in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen with lunch provided in our cafeteria and snacks, coffee, drinks and fruit throughout the day
  • A truly international team, with a vibrant and social work culture. Diversity is part of our DNA, with an inclusive and supportive way of working where collaboration, respect, and continuous learning are part of everyday life
  • Photographer-friendly perks such as borrowing from a wide range of camera gear, free access to Capture One software and training from our experts
  • Plenty of flexibility to keep your work and life in balance - working from home and remotely, private health insurance, mental health support and physical wellbeing benefits
