🤖 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI / Machine Learning models
• Build scalable AI-powered systems and applications
• Work with large datasets for training and optimization
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams
• Implement and maintain ML pipelines (MLOps)
• Improve model performance, scalability, and reliability

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as an AI Engineer / ML Engineer
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP or Computer Vision
• Experience with APIs, Microservices, and Cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)

💡 Nice to Have

• Experience deploying AI models into production
• Knowledge of Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
• Experience with LLMs / Generative AI
• Background in Computer Science, AI, or related field
