Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities while utilizing analytical skills to determine outcomes.
• Review and analyze documentation and data to identify patterns or anomalies that may indicate fraud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective fraud prevention strategies.
• Engage with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on investigations.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, actions taken, and suggestions for future prevention measures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in fraud prevention and detection to enhance investigative methods.

Requirements

• Fluent in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess situations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
• A proactive and ethical approach to problem-solving.
