Program/Project Manager (Supply Chain & ERP)

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Experience: 6-8 years.

Hybrid: 2 days Work from Home 3 days Work from Office

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager with a strong background in supply chain processes and ERP transformation initiatives. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, driving project delivery, and ensuring successful implementation of business and technology solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end program or project delivery
• Coordinate and guide teams of functional and technical analysts
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain and ERP initiatives
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes
• Manage stakeholders, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Drive collaboration across business, IT, and external partners
• Support transformation and integration projects, ensuring quality and efficiency

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management
• Proven experience leading teams of functional and/or technical analysts
• Strong background in supply chain processes, including: Procurement, Warehousing, Planning, Logistics, Order-to-Cash
• Experience with ERP transformation or integration projects (preferably SAP)
