Secondary Maths Teacher (Years 7-10)

Full Time | Permanent and On-going | Moree 2400
Term 2 Start

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver learning programs in Science and Mathematics for Years 7-10.
Create a safe and engaging learning environment that supports a range of learner needs.
Assess, track, and report on student progress using contemporary practices.
Apply high‑impact teaching strategies and effective use of ICT.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to refine curriculum and share best practice.
Maintain clear and professional communication with students, families, and staff.
Participate in professional learning, staff meetings, school events, and supervision duties.

Essential

Relevant teaching qualifications and current NESA accreditation.
Strong understanding of Stage 4-5 Mathematics curriculum.
Effective classroom practice, student management, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency with ICT for teaching, learning, and administration.
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice.
