Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dynamic French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Digital Marketing Platform team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding our digital marketing solutions and services.

Your fluency in French will be essential as you help clients navigate the platform, understand our offerings, and resolve any issues they may encounter while using our services. By delivering outstanding customer service, you will contribute to our clients' success in their digital marketing endeavors.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding inquiries related to the digital marketing platform
• Assist clients with account setup, management, and technical support
• Resolve customer issues and questions promptly and professionally
• Document and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of services and effective resolutions
• Gather customer feedback to improve our platform and service quality
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing to better assist customers

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in digital marketing or technology, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Passion for digital marketing and helping clients achieve their marketing goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
