• 5+ years of production experience
• Advanced WordPress development including custom plugin and theme development
• Strong PHP proficiency with deep expertise in plugin architecture and theme customization
• Experience connecting WordPress to external databases (AWS RDS, MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Proven track record designing and implementing custom authentication flows and login logic
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace) into web applications or CMS platforms
• Daily use of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Tabnine)
• Deep knowledge of WordPress performance optimization, caching strategies, CDN implementation, and security best practices

• Lead migration from legacy Aestiva platform to WordPress while ensuring complete data integrity and operational continuity
