We are currently hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international customer support team based in Umhlanga.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, or chat

• Assist with inquiries, orders, returns, and general account support

• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high service quality

• Accurately document interactions in internal systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• German language proficiency between B2 and C2 level (written & spoken)

• Good command of English for internal communication

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)

• Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working rotational shifts (including weekends if required)

• Basic computer literacy

• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
