Director Of Finance

New opportunity for a hospitality experienced Director of Finance to lead the financial operations of this 4* branded hotel based in Accra, Ghana.

As Director of Finance, you’ll be responsible for overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, internal controls, compliance, & overall financial performance. This role partners closely with the General Manager & department heads to drive profitability, ensure regulatory compliance, & support business growth.

This role requires expertise with Sun System financial software.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English

• Previous experience in Sub Saharan Africa

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)

• Minimum 2 years in a similar position or senior FM position

• Expert in hotel financial systems & IFRIS

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting & financial operations of the hotel

• Prepare & manage annual budgets & forecasts

• Monitor cash flow, revenue, expenses, & profitability

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations & brand standards

• Lead audits & maintain strong internal control systems

• Provide financial analysis & strategic recommendations

Salary Package:$2500 basic + local allowance + single or spousal expat benefits (no kids)
