The Principal will drive strategic direction, lead staff, strengthen learning outcomes, and foster a positive, inclusive school culture. The Principal will lead the school across the following key domains:

• Educational Leadership- Ensure high‑quality teaching, strong curriculum practice, effective assessment, and support for diverse learners.
• Staff Leadership- Recruit, develop, and support staff through coaching, performance management, and leadership development.
• Strategic Leadership- Drive school improvement planning, align strategies with system priorities, and nurture a culture of innovation and reflection.
• Organisational Leadership- Oversee operations, compliance, finance, risk, enrolments, facilities, and communication systems.
• Community & Values‑Based Leadership- Promote an inclusive school culture, strengthen pastoral care, and build meaningful partnerships across the community.
