What You Will Do

국내 세일즈 리더, 어카운트 팀, 및 Go-to-Market(GTM) 파트너들과 긴밀하고 협력적인 관계를 구축하여 테리토리 성장을 이끌고, 주요 고객의 다양한 페르소나를 대상으로 하는 GTM 플랜 및 공동마케팅 이니셔티브를 지원합니다.
전략 고객별 비즈니스 과제와 니즈를 깊이 이해하고, 새로운 타겟 오디언스를 발굴하고 수요와 기회를 창출하며, MongoDB 소비를 가속화할 수 있는 통합 마케팅 플랜과 집중 프로그램을 기획 및 실행합니다.
“One Team” 접근 방식을 주도하여, Partner Marketing(CSP 및 Non-CSP), Developer Advocacy, Customer Success 간의 크로스 펑션 협업을 조율하고, 모든 접점에서 일관된 MongoDB 메시지와 경험이 전달되도록 합니다.
디지털, PR, 커뮤니케이션, 리드 제너레이션, 파트너 활동을 담당하는 글로벌 마케팅 팀과 함께 일하며 국내 비즈니스를 돕고, 글로벌 전략 이벤트 팀과 협업하여 해당 지역에서 글로벌 이벤트 프로그램을 성공적으로 운영합니다.
마케팅 대시보드와 데이터 포인트를 활용해 인사이트를 도출하고, 주요 이해관계자들에게 정기적으로 공유합니다.
모든 마케팅 자산과 커뮤니케이션에서 브랜드 전략과 메시지가 회사의 우선순위를 일관되게 반영하도록 관리합니다.

We’re looking for someone with

통합 마케팅(Integrated Marketing) 분야에서 5년 이상의 경험을 갖고 계신 분, Field Marketing 및 Account Based Marketing(ABM) 경험이 있으며, 특히 엔터프라이즈 테크 혹은 SaaS 업계 경험을 보유하신 분
클라우드 하이퍼스케일러(AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) 및 AI, ISV 파트너 생태계와의 공동마케팅 경험이 있으신 분
계정 인게이지먼트 데이터를 기반으로 ROI를 측정하고 전략을 전환할 수 있도록, Intent Data 및 어트리뷰션 툴(Salesforce, Tableau)을 능숙하게 활용할 수 있는 분석 역량을 갖추신 분
뛰어난 시간 관리, 우선순위 설정, 조직화 능력을 통해 여러 프로젝트를 동시에 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 분
다양한 이해관계자, 파트너, 대행사(내부 및 외부)를 조율하고 협업을 리드할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 및 실행력을 갖춘 분

Success Measures

1개월 이내: MongoDB의 주요 이해관계자들을 파악하고 관계를 구축하며, 내부 프로세스와 툴을 이해하고, 이미 확정된 캠페인 실행을 지원합니다.
3개월 이내: Regional Director 및 Account Executive들과 신뢰 관계를 형성하고, 우선순위 타겟 계정을 명확히 이해하며, 인지도 제고와 매출 창출을 동시에 목표로 하는 마케팅 기회를 발굴하고 향후 분기를 위한 플랜을 수립합니다. 또한 확장 팀 동료들과도 긍정적인 협업 관계를 구축합니다.
6개월 이내: 본인의 핵심 목표와 KPI에 대해 명확히 이해하고, 파이프라인 가속을 위한 이벤트와 프로그램을 실행하여 그 임팩트를 데이터로 입증하며, 기존 마케팅 플랜에 실질적인 가치를 더합니다.
12개월 이내: 내부 MongoDB 팀 전반과 견고한 관계를 형성하고, 전략적이면서도 확장 가능한 프로그램을 모두 운영합니다. MongoDB 파트너 에코시스템을 활용한 코프로듀스 파트너 이벤트와, 개발자 커뮤니티 내 MongoDB 선호도를 높이는 지역 이벤트를 성공적으로 기획 및 실행합니다. 또한 모든 프로그램에 대해 체계적인 문서화와 리포팅을 유지하고, 향후 프로그램 로드맵 수립에도 주도적으로 참여합니다.

About the role

MongoDB is looking for a talented and results-driven Field Marketing Manager based in Seoul to drive marketing and account based marketing programs for the South Korea region. This role works in close alignment with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, marketing, and partner teams. Key responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing plans that map to priority business objectives, including: online and offline demand generation programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities. This role will report into the Director of North PacRim Marketing.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Seoul for our hybrid working model.

What You Will Do

Develop strong, collaborative relationships with sales leaders, account representatives and go-to-market (GTM) partners in the region to drive territory growth and support GTM plans and co-marketing initiatives for different personas from key accounts
Understand specific challenges within strategic accounts and ability to develop integrated marketing plans and focused programs to engage with new target audiences, generate demand/opportunities and help accelerate consumption
Orchestrate the "One Team" approach: Lead the cross-functional coordination between Partner Marketing (CSP and Non-CSPs), Developer Advocacy, and Customer Success to ensure a unified MongoDB voice across every touchpoint
Work with global marketing on digital, PR, communications, lead generation, and partner activities to support regional goals, and collaborate with the strategic events team to execute the global event program in your region
Use marketing dashboards and data points to derive insights and inform stakeholders
Ensure consistency of company priorities through brand strategy and messaging in materials and communication
Ensure performance and ROI are tracked, and supporting processes set up to effectively measure outcomes

We’re looking for someone with

5+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing, preferably in Field Marketing and Account Based Marketing (ABM), specifically within the Enterprise Tech/SaaS space
Partner Ecosystem Experience: Familiarity with co-marketing alongside cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and the AI/ISV ecosystem
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using intent data and attribution tools (Salesforce, Tableau) to measure ROI and pivot strategies based on account engagement.
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills are key
Confident in coordinating activity across several stakeholders, partners and agencies both internal and external
Language: Native in Korean and professional fluency in English is mandatory

Success Measures

In 1 month, you’ll meet all key stakeholders, understand MongoDB processes and tools, and help execute confirmed campaigns
In 3 months, you’ll have fostered a relationship with your Regional Directors and Account Executives, understand their top target accounts, and begin executing awareness + revenue-focused marketing opportunities and plan for following quarters. You’ll have also established positive relationships with your extended team members
In 6 months, you’ll have a clear understanding of your key objectives, have executed pipeline acceleration events and demonstrated their impact and have added value to the current marketing plan
In 12 months, you’ll have fostered relationships across internal MongoDB teams and have executed both strategic and scalable programs, co-produced partner events leveraging the MongoDB partnership ecosystem, co-produced regional events that build affinity for MongoDB across developer communities, maintained flawless documentation and reporting of all programs to ensure success, and have a stake in future programming
