Become the person who knows Cosuno best, and the one our customers want in the room.
Cosuno is the platform where construction companies run their tenders: general contractors invite subcontractors to bid, compare the offers and award the contracts. More than €100 billion in bid volume has already been tendered on our platform.
Our customers run complex procurement processes on Cosuno, and our commercial teams need someone who knows the product in every detail. As our Product Specialist, you'll be that person. You'll know how every workflow behaves, which workarounds exist and where the product is heading. You'll lead the customer meetings that need deep product knowledge, from custom development projects to strategic conversations with our enterprise customers. You'll report directly to our Head of Product.
Be the go-to product expert. Sales, Customer Success and Account Management come to you first when a customer question goes beyond the standard. You answer all of them and turn recurring questions into answers everyone can find.
Lead customer meetings. Run feedback sessions, roadmap conversations and workshops with our customers, including our largest enterprise accounts.
Find solutions within the product. Sit down with customers, understand the problem behind the request and find creative ways to solve it with what we already have.
Turn feedback into decisions. Back customer requests with usage data, check them against our product principles and give our PMs clear, prioritized input. When we won't build something, you explain to the customer why.
Run custom developments. Project-manage custom developments for important customers: agree on scope, coordinate with Product and Engineering and deliver on time.
Support demos. Join Sales in complex demos and present our roadmap and product decisions to customers and prospects.
Close to the customer. We're very close to our customers and talk to them every week.
Evidence over opinions. We decide what to build based on customer evidence and usage data, not on who asks loudest.
AI-first. We're an AI-first company. AI is at the core of our product, and we work with Claude Code and other AI tools every day.
2–4 years in a customer-facing product role in B2B SaaS, e.g. as Product Specialist, Solutions Consultant, Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager
You learn a complex product in depth, fast, and explain it clearly to people with very different backgrounds
You're confident in front of customers: you lead a meeting, handle tough questions and can say no with good reasons
You've managed projects with external stakeholders, including scope, timelines and expectations
You turn scattered customer feedback into clear, prioritized input, and you pull usage data yourself to back it up
You use AI tools every day in your own work
German at C2 level and fluent English: our customers work in German, our product and engineering team in English
Bonus points for experience in construction, construction tech or procurement, or with product enablement (help centre, webinars, product tours).
Real impact: You work directly with our Head of Product and shape what we build, based on what you hear from customers.
Work-life balance: Work fully remotely from anywhere in Germany, or from our office in Berlin Kreuzberg.
Top-notch equipment: A new MacBook Air.
A great team: Regular company off-sites and team events.
Job security: A permanent contract in a stable, well-funded company.
Growth & feedback: An open feedback culture with regular 1:1s and development conversations.
