We are seeking a flexible, organised and enthusiastic individual to provide general administrative services to our Maintenance team on a permanent part-time basis!

About You

The role requires someone who can remain calm, organised and resilient in a fast-paced environment. 

You will also bring the following:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of staff 
  • Previous administration experience 
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy - the ability to navigate multiple IT systems quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
