About the Role
The ABU Project Supervisor plays a key role in the successful delivery of KION projects (Linde and STILL branded) across the UK, overseeing installations from project handover through to customer sign-off and final completion.

Working closely with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, you will proactively resolve issues, manage risks, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
This is a varied and hands-on role that combines project coordination, site supervision, stakeholder management, and compliance with technical and regulatory requirements across the KION portfolio.
The position is home-based with extensive travel throughout the UK, including regular overnight stays, and occasional European travel for training and site visits.

At Linde Material Handling, we believe in rewarding our people. Your package will include:
- Competitive salary based on experience
- 25 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays
- Additional holiday entitlement for long service milestones
- Company pension scheme (6% employer contribution, minimum 4% employee contribution)
- Access to discounts from major UK brands
- “Recommend a Friend” bonus scheme
- Eligibility for Employee Incentive Schemes

- Strong understanding of site coordination, including labour management, subcontractors, plant, materials, access requirements, work sequencing, and interfaces with other trades.
- Working knowledge of CDM regulations, RAMS, site inductions, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
- Qualifications such as SARI, SSSTS, SMSTS, or IOSH Managing Safely are highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project programmes, with the confidence to identify and resolve on-site issues effectively.
- Commercial awareness, with experience monitoring project progress, costs, variations, supplier performance, and snagging activities.
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and project scheduling or cost-tracking systems. Relevant technical or project delivery qualifications are advantageous, although practical experience is equally valued.
