Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Kunden, Dienstleistern und unseren Niederlassungen weltweit zusammen und tragen zu einer zuverlässigen und effizienten Abwicklung unserer Luftfrachtsendungen bei.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht Import
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Anwenderkenntnisse MS-Office, Cargo Wise, Riege Scope, Dakosy Fair@Link
  • Kundenorientierte Denkweise und Interesse am direkten Umgang mit Kunden/Dienstleistern
  • Freundliches Wesen /Auftreten mit Organisationstalent und ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Interkulturelles Bewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Wochenendarbeit

 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Abwicklung jeglicher Luftfracht Sammelsendungen
  • Zollabfertigung NCTS – Versandverfahren
  • Erstellen von Transportaufträgen
  • Überwachung des Sendungsstatus
  • Überwachung des Auslagerprozess
  • Überwachung des Lagers
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Schäden
  • Kommunikation mit unseren Niederlassungen weltweit.
