Description (EN)

Amazon Freight EU runs across LTL, FTL, and Intermodal ship-modes and product org in this business delivers tech roadmap that helps delivers strategy for growth, profitability and shipper experience. This role is the single threaded owner for product execution in the AF EU product org. Product managers build the roadmap and this role ensures effective delivery of that roadmap. It owns the OP1/OP2 roadmap and short-term cycle plans across dependent tech teams like ASCS Tech, MMPO, Middle Mile Research Science, Relay, Relay Yards, Sort Tech, and SWA. The work involves pulling those teams' dependencies onto one aligned plan, manage the trade-offs when their priorities and timelines collide, and drive sequencing, unblocking, and escalation week over week.

Landing AF EU priorities against those teams' own roadmaps requires someone who builds the mechanisms (planning cadences, prioritisation forums, escalation paths) and secures senior leadership sponsorship to hold commitments. This role drives profit improvements of 10s of millions of euros for the business through product launches and enhancements.

Key job responsibilities
