How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

 

Responsible for the strategic oversight, quality, and governance of knowledge content across assigned operational scopes, leveraging key performance indicators, user feedback, and organizational context to enforce Knowledge Management (KM) best practices, structural coherence, and semantic consistency at scale in coordination with KM Managers.

 

• Define, establish, and enforce global content quality, structural standards, taxonomy, lifecycle management, and harmonization guidelines across all knowledge assets.
• Coordinate the KM Managers network across regions and business units to align regional content roadmaps with broader organizational knowledge strategies.
• Monitor KM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collaborate directly with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to drive continuous improvement in content efficiency and accessibility.
• Engage the Adoption Team to reinforce training, drive user engagement, and effectively communicate new platform features or governance updates.
• Continuously evaluate content quality through analytics, dashboards, and user feedback mechanisms, collaborating with KM Managers to resolve identified operational issues.

 

Are you a MATCH?

 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Knowledge Management, Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Knowledge Management,
• Content Strategy, or Information Architecture, preferably within a global or matrix organization.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional and cross-geography networks/teams.
