Working in United States

Possible country route: H-1B / other employer-petition routes. H-1B normally starts with an employer petition for a qualifying specialty occupation. Cap-subject cases also have registration and selection requirements; other routes differ.

Registration, petition and consular stages differ. Selection is not guaranteed and premium petition processing is not an end-to-end visa timeline.

What to check before applying
  1. Confirm the intended route. Ask whether the employer will petition and whether the position is cap-exempt.
  2. Check petition requirements. Use USCIS instructions for the applicable category and cap process.
  3. Coordinate consular and entry steps. An approved petition and a work-authorised start date are different milestones.

Your primary focus will be bringing on new partners and enterprise clients, leveraging your skills in consultative selling, pitching complex API/embedded financial solutions, and navigating deal cycles to set up our partnerships for long-term success.

If you have a customer-first mentality, are solution-focused, obsessively curious about financial infrastructure, and have the drive to transform how money moves globally, Wise is where you belong.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Full-Cycle Sales Management: Owning the end-to-end sales cycle and territory management from prospecting and solution discovery to negotiation and closing in expense management and Bill Pay space.

● Revenue & Partner Growth: Holding accountability for driving target revenue, acquiring new partners, and expanding Wise Platform's market footprint. ● Industry Representation: Representing Wise Platform at strategic client meetings, executive pitches, and key industry events.

● Sales Excellence: Maintaining accurate CRM pipeline tracking, accurate forecasting, and clear deal visibility.

What You Bring

● Closing Experience: 4+ years selling complex technology solutions to enterprise accounts, with at least 1+ years in a closing capacity selling API infrastructure, enterprise fintech, embedded finance, or complex B2B SaaS solutions.

● Proven Track Record: Consistent history of top performance against quota and revenue targets.

● Technical Acumen: Ability to understand complex technical requirements (APIs, payment rails) and craft tailored solutions for business stakeholders and technical teams.

● Territory Execution: A strategic approach to territory planning, lead generation, and pipeline conversion.

● Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel across North America as needed for executive presentations, partner meetings, and industry conferences.

● Executive Presence: Strong presentation and communication skills, particularly in pitching to and negotiating with CXO-level stakeholders.

● Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English skills.

● Generous PTO, sick days, holidays, compassionate leave, and paid “Me” days. ● Paid 6-week sabbatical leave after four years.
