About the role:

As Marketing Executive – Culture, you’ll help shape and deliver cultural and community engagement across Diageo Ireland Brand Homes. You’ll bring our Culture Strategy to life through partnerships, experiences, PR and storytelling, strengthening brand reputation and connections with our communities.

What you’ll be doing:

Turn cultural plans into engaging initiatives that support business objectives and build advocacy among key audiences.

Develop and activate partnerships and projects that connect our brands with relevant cultural spaces and communities.

Work with agencies and internal teams, including digital, visitor experience, finance and corporate relations, to deliver effective campaigns and experiences.

Support PR, communications and reputation management by helping create clear, impactful materials for internal and external audiences.

Help curate partnerships and allocate resources across cultural initiatives to maximise impact.

Monitor, measure and report on cultural activity and its contribution to our strategy and objectives.

Manage budgets and spend, support strong financial performance, and help ensure projects stay within budget.

Coordinate supplier payments and administration, including purchase orders and invoices.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of culture, creativity, hospitality and iconic brands, building partnerships and experiences that can make a substantial impact on visitors and local communities.

Experience and skills required:

We’d love to work with you if you have:

At least 3 years’ experience developing or delivering culturally relevant brand strategies or initiatives.

A strong understanding of public relations, communications and the media landscape, including earned, paid and digital media.

Knowledge of how culture, communities and consumer behaviour can influence brand reputation and business objectives.

An awareness of trends across drinks, travel, leisure, creative arts and experiential industries, with curiosity about what motivates consumers.

Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agency partners in a fast-paced environment.

Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role. The successful candidate must have the right to work.

Together, we’re constantly learning and improving, combining the strength of our people, capabilities and iconic brands to improve, grow and win. Wherever you join us, you’ll have the opportunity to supply, make an impact and play your part in making life’s moments mean a little more.
