Baringa Private Hospital is a 78-bed hospital, offering Rehabilitation, Surgical, Mental Health and ICU services. The hospital is owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Perioperative team in a dedicated Orthopaedic Scrub/Scout role at Baringa Private Hospital. This role will be on a permanent full-time basis. 

About You
You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

  • Minimum of 12 months' perioperative experience as a scrub/scout nurse, predominantly in orthopaedic surgery
  • Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
  • Highly organised with a proven ability to manage emergency situations
  • Demonstrates strong adaptability in dynamic situations
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

On offer is a base hourly rate of $40.24 - $56.52 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances (*NSW RN/Midwife Gr1-Gr8*)
