Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new B2B clients and partners;
- Build pipeline through cold outreach, networking, LinkedIn, Telegram, communities, and industry events;
- Attend conferences, meetups, and networking events;
- Conduct initial negotiations and qualify leads;
- Maintain CRM hygiene and manage pipeline stages;
- Contribute to the development of sales processes as the team grows.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development;
- Experience with outbound sales and independent lead generation;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Russian and English languages;
- Ability to quickly understand new products and markets.
- Experience in telecom, SaaS, CPaaS, messaging, fintech, iGaming, crypto, or digital services;
- Experience working with international clients;
- Existing network within relevant industries.
- Official employment in Cyprus with relocation and work permit support;
