The Senior Communications Professional is responsible for both the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies. This role leads the creation of strategic communication plans and oversees their implementation to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Execute internal and external communication plans including content creation media relations and public relations activities
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in messaging and adherence to SEO best practices
• Monitor and report on the performance of communication initiatives recommending tactical adjustments to improve outcomes
• Oversee the creation ofhighquality internal and external communication materials
• Ensure that all content follows SEO best practices optimizing it for search engine visibility to support JHAHs digital presence and drive online engagement
• Mentor junior communications professionals and guide them in the execution of communication initiatives

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Certifications

Proven leadership and strategic communication skills. Expertise in media relations and external communications. Technical writing certificates are required. Bilingual, with proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Arabic.

Years of Experience

Minimum 6 years' experience in communications, with a strong background in communications agencies and healthcare clients.
