Working in United States
Possible country route: H-1B / other employer-petition routes. H-1B normally starts with an employer petition for a qualifying specialty occupation. Cap-subject cases also have registration and selection requirements; other routes differ.
Registration, petition and consular stages differ. Selection is not guaranteed and premium petition processing is not an end-to-end visa timeline.
What to check before applying
- Confirm the intended route. Ask whether the employer will petition and whether the position is cap-exempt.
- Check petition requirements. Use USCIS instructions for the applicable category and cap process.
- Coordinate consular and entry steps. An approved petition and a work-authorised start date are different milestones.
Reviewed 2026-10-14. Country routes are context, not a confirmation that this vacancy or your passport qualifies.

About the team + role
Robinhood set out to open the financial system to the many, not the few. We've done it for tens of millions of people in the US—now we're taking it global. This is one of the most ambitious initiatives for the company, and you'd be sitting at the center of it.
We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency—it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.
As a Staff Product Manager on the international team, you'll manage global business lines, own end-to-end product experiences in new geos, and work with experts in data, design, engineering, marketing, operations, and research to bring ideas to life that will help us democratize the financial system.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.
What you'll do
The International PM team's goal is simple to say and hard to do: democratize finance globally. That means scaling our products to work across many regions and building market-specific experiences that serve customers where they are.
As a Staff PM on this team, you'll own an entire region and set the playbook for acquisition, growth, and revenue in that region. Additionally, you will:
- Ship groundbreaking products into new regions, working shoulder-to-shoulder with global teams.
- Bring together product development teams to craft and communicate a product vision and shared set of priorities that meet the most important needs of our customers.
- Drive the roadmap—extending what exists and defining what's next, including entirely new products for local markets.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships across design, engineering, and operations at the team and organizational levels.
- Partner with leaders in communications, compliance, content, customer experience, and marketing to ensure our vision, products, and progress are well understood.
- Ensure parity of product lines across global markets.
What you bring
- 6+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products and growth efforts
- Ideally, past experience working on a global, consumer-facing product
- Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide decision-making
- Experience working with and coordinating across globally dispersed teams
- Past experience working with engineering, design, research, legal, compliance, and marketing in previous roles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for financial products that improve people's financial lives
- Motivation to be a self-starter
- Open to travel
- Willingness to work in Eastern Time (EST/EDT)
What we offer
- Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career
- Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, and equity ownership
- Top-tier benefits to fuel your work, including supplemental health insurance, ancillary insurance, and mental health support programs
- Lifestyle wallet—a highly flexible, employer-paid spending account for expenses beyond traditional benefits, such as wellness, childcare, learning, and more
- Time off to recharge, including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, paid volunteer time off, parental leave, and more!
