Description (EN)

Job Role: 

  • Strong knowledge and minimum one year experience in claims submission, reconciliation processes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and insurance payers to ensure timely claim submission and reconciliation.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with payers and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate smooth reconciliation activities and improve claim efficiency.
  • Analyze claim discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions to reduce claim rejections.
  • Prepare reconciliation reports and ensure timely closure of recon closure with the payer and internal stakeholders.
  • Monthly MIS reports.

Skills Required:

  • Pro in MS Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent communication skill both verbal & written. 
  • Data Analytics 
  • Medical coding optional
