As a Child Health Registered Nurse, you will be assisting families with feeding difficulties, sleep and settling challenges, unsettled or irritable infants and adjusting to parenthood. Permanent part-time position working 24-32 hours/week. 

About You

You are passionate about nursing and love working in a positive and effective team environment. 

You also possess the following:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse 
  • Minimum 12 months' paediatrics experience
  • Strong paediatric clinical assessment and nursing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with children and families
  • A calm, patient and reassuring approach when caring for children
  • Ability to adapt communication and care approaches to meet the individual needs of each child and family
  • Sound knowledge of child growth, development and health needs
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Remuneration: A base hourly rate of $39.96 - $54.01 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances (*QLD RN/Midwife Lvl 1 Years 1-8*)

  • Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
  • According to the role, Ramsay may require a proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
