Grampians Health is seeking motivated RN Grade 2 Emergency Nurses to join our dedicated Emergency Department team in Horsham. You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians in a fast‑paced environment where your clinical judgement, autonomy and teamwork truly matter.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will:

Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred emergency care across a broad case‑mix
Work within a 24/7 rotating roster including weekends and nights
Apply sound clinical assessment and decision‑making skills in acute situations
Collaborate within a strong multidisciplinary team
Be supported to maintain and advance emergency‑specific competencies

What We’re Looking For

You will bring:

Current AHPRA registration as a division 1 Registered Nurse
Minimum 1 year experience in the emergency setting
Strong communication, clinical reasoning and time‑management skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
Confidence using clinical information systems and technology
