Dialysis Nurse | Level 3 

Cairns Private Hospital

Permanent Part-Time Opportunity (0.6 FTE)

Join our dedicated Renal Dialysis Team at Cairns Private Hospital! As a dialysis nurse, you will be responsible for providing haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments, monitoring patient vitals, managing dialysis equipment, educating patients, and collaborating with Nephrologists and care teams to support individuals with kidney failure.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skill set with extensive experience in renal dialysis nursing. 

You will also demonstrate:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse 
  • Minimum 4 years' dialysis experience is essential 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Remuneration: On offer for this role is a base hourly rate of $42.19- $57.03+ superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances (*QLD RN/Midwife Level 1.1-1.8*).

  • Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
  • According to the role, Ramsay may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
