Working in Australia

Possible country route: Skills in Demand (subclass 482). The employer-sponsored Skills in Demand route has stream, nomination, occupation and applicant requirements. It replaced the earlier TSS route for new applications.

Processing differs by stream and application circumstances. Check the current Home Affairs processing-time tool; employer nomination adds its own steps.

What to check before applying
  1. Confirm the sponsor and stream. Ask which 482 stream and occupation the employer intends to nominate.
  2. Check current requirements. Review qualifications, English, salary and any skills assessment on Home Affairs.
  3. Coordinate nomination and application. Keep the employer nomination and applicant visa steps distinct.

Sitting at the intersection of Product Strategy, Brand Marketing, and Global Product Marketing, you will translate customer insights, product innovations, and commercial priorities into compelling storytelling and high-impact marketing activity.

This role is based in Chippendale, Sydney and reports to the Director of Brand Marketing ANZ.

You will...

  • Develop clear creative briefs and messaging frameworks, partnering closely with Brand Marketing, Global Creative, Editorial, and Digital Operations teams to ensure consistent storytelling.
  • Integrate product priorities into key brand campaigns, partnerships, and seasonal marketing moments.

  • Shape local product marketing strategy by applying customer research, commercial priorities, and competitive intelligence to drive ongoing engagement and retention.

You have...

  • 5+ years of experience across product marketing, brand marketing, proposition development, or go-to-market strategy, ideally within consumer goods, e-commerce, or subscription businesses.
  • A proven track record of managing and delivering multi-channel product launches or merchandising initiatives from brief through to launch.
  • Practical experience working across digital customer journeys, content management, conversion optimisation, and merchandising touchpoints.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability, with experience using customer insights and data to guide decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and experience navigating complex cross-functional or global matrix teams.

You are...

  • A natural storyteller who can translate complex product details into simple, engaging, customer-first messaging.
  • A proactive, hands-on doer who balances strategic thinking with a passion for flawless execution.
  • A collaborative and curious team player who enjoys bringing diverse stakeholders together to deliver shared goals.
  • Passionate about food, customer experience, and finding better ways to make HelloFresh better every day.

What you’ll get in return…

  • The chance to have a significant impact in a leading global food technology company
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Egoless environment, constant learning with room for personal growth
